Download the App
Go to Google Play or App Store.
Search: “Phomemo”
Download the app by Zhuozhou Yinxin Technology Co., Ltd.
Turn On the Printer
Charge it first.
Hold the power button for 3 seconds.
Connect via Bluetooth
Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
Open the Phomemo app → Tap “+” → Select TP31.
Or double-press the power button to print a QR → Scan it in the app.
Load the Paper
Open the cover.
Insert tattoo stencil paper (white side up).
Close the cover.
Choose or Create a Design
Use the app to import, edit, or draw a design.
Tap Mirror (important for tattoos).
Adjust size, contrast if needed.
Tap Print in the app.
